They’ve got a bit of a kick, but you can adjust that by adding more or less of the chipotle chiles.  Sour cream and avocados help too.
I cooked mine at 375 degrees for 2 hrs.
I love throwing dinner in the oven and forgetting about it for 2 hrs.
Seriously.  One of the best recipes we’ve tried in a while!
